U.S. Senator Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, warned President Donald Trump on Tuesday over a possible pardon for his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort.
Any attempt by the President to pardon Mr. Manafort or interfere in the investigation into his campaign would be a gross abuse of power and require immediate action by Congress, Warner said in a statement.

And... the president can pardon anybody at any time. KMA, Warner.
But it was okay for Obama to pardon the terrorist Oscar Lopez Rivera who caused death and destruction to Americans? Manafort didn’t kill anybody.
The other day he was spouting off about how the President did not have his permission to revoke a security clearence.

——Why should Trump NOT pardon him?——
He was convicted of federal crimes ?
That would not look ethical in most people’s eyes.
The Libs and the RINO’s would be FURIOUS!!
Mad-Maxine would fry her new polyester wig from the heat of her barely contained rage.
Warns?!?!
The guy’s the president, remember. He is Constitutionally correct to do that if he wishes. What are you going to do if he does, talk big, maybe Warn him again? Reminds me of the British cops that don’t carry guns. They say, “Stop, or I’ll say stop again.” You might blind him with spittle. But that’s about all.

Hey mark,
When your POTUS we will let you make that decision.
Guess what? Your F-ing socialist party lost you POS.
“Convicted”? What have I missed?
When will Al $harpton be tried for tax evasion?
Oh OK, I guess a no - go then? I guess I see it from a different ethical point of view. Manafort is a good friend who helped elect Trump and so Trump wants to help with Manafort’s legal fees. Oh Well.
I wasn’t aware that ‘Senator’ was a hereditary post. His father was also a Senator.
OH NOES
After the midterms, Trump will do as he pleases.
Of course the top Republican is a weak #nevertrumper putz who is hated by most of the voters.
We can see why too.
Bastards have been emboldened while our side at the hill cower in fear!
Great line. I'll remember the line, and repeat it whenever.
Excuse me!!!A senator WARNING the POTUS!!Stuff it!
