The new leader of Democrats in the Senate says Donald Trump is being "really dumb" for picking a fight with intelligence officials, suggesting they have ways to strike back, after the president-elect speculated Tuesday that his "so-called" briefing about Russian cyberattacks had been delayed in order to build a case.
"Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you," said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer Tuesday evening on MSNBC after host Rachel Maddow informed him that intelligence sources told NBC news that the briefing had not been delayed.
It’s been my tagline for months. This was a premeditated coup.

To me Schumer’s statement means that “intel officials” who served under Obama are not to be trusted and also are willing to violate their oaths of office and security agreements to get ‘revenge’ against the president. Thus they should have their clearances and access revoked because they are NOT trust worthy and are willing to commit crimes in violation of the Constitution for personal gain/revenge.

I have been told by one who is retired from the spooks but keeps his lines of communication open, a neighbor and friend, that the rank and file of both FBI and CIA are overjoyed with Trump taking down Brennan.

So Chuckie is suggesting laying off intel people when they’re lying, breaking laws and participating in sedition because they have ways of getting back at you.
He’s a gutless wonder and in no way deserves to be in the US Senate, let alone as the minority leader.
