I read the article quickly with the following thoughts:
1) It is too much money (OPM/investors/grants) looking for a place to land. We have a lot of that. Money being spent for no purpose other than to be spent...……………
2) Who is zooming who? It is much easier to manipulate small islands than nations, less palms to grease. I could see the possibility of private take over of the islands. Don’t we all dream of owning our own island?
3) Like Africa, once the cash stops the projects stop and become rusty hulks. But there was always a guard there for 10 year old projects, never understood where that money came from for the guard...……………….
Just looked at the photo of the Board members on Wikipedia. One I recognize is Dennis DeConcini, former Democrat Senator from Arizona, and Keating 5 member.

Pretty sharp there, gal. I see Puerto Rico in the text so what’s the problem with restoring their power after last year’s hurricane? The Clintons do some amazing things, don’t they? Except even after they do them, nothing seems to work anyway!!
