Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and the states Bond Commission denied $600 million to Citibank and Bank of America over the gun control stance adopted by both companies.
Citibank and Bank of America were both to be part of a road financing plan in the state, but were omitted from the financial plan after arbitrarily placing new gun controls on banking customers.
Louisiana Executive Division press secretary Ruth Wisher told Breitbart News that Landry and State Treasurer John Schroder have been working on the states response to corporate gun control for some time. Omitting them from the $600 million is part of that response

"Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry"
I wonder if he's any relation to Troy Landry of History Channel's "Swamp People."

With $600 million at stake they’ll probably both be found with three “self-inflicted” gunshot wounds to the back of the head or inside an alligator. Bank of America has been mobbed-up since the day it was formed.

I got a Citibank mailing today. I don’t open junk mail, but it was probably a credit card sales pitch. It didn’t make it into the house as I’d gone out though the garage. There is a trash receptacle in the garage.

Jeff Landry is running hard to be the GOP nominee for governor next year. Because Williams (D) won in a fluke election it is likely the GOP candidate will prevail.

Remember that today’s Bank of America was originally called Bank of Italy; if that counts for anything.

Excellent.
After being a customer for more than a decade, I closed my Bank of America account and transferred my funds elsewhere....and had the pleasure of telling them exactly why they had lost me as a customer. My words were “caving in to New York politicians has consequences.....”
