CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — New Yorkers who call 911 on law-abiding people of color are committing hate crimes and should be prosecuted, according to a state senator who was recently reported to police for campaigning in his own district.
State Senator Jesse Hamilton, who represents Brownsville, Crown Heights and Flatbush, proposed new legislation a week after a self-described Trump fan called police to report him for speaking to constituents in public. It would criminalize 911 calls against people of color without evidence of malice.
"That's gonna be a hate crime," Hamilton said. "This pattern of calling the police on black people going about their business and participating in the life of our country has to stop."

My theory is that after the passage of the civil rights laws and years of government spending and affirmative action, they are angry that they still haven’t achieved more. They are really angry at themselves, but they can’t bear that, so they blame the country, other races, the justice system, etc.
Ironically, they should blame the Democrats for foisting the rotten public school system on them. They don’t realize that the Dems care far more about the money they get from teacher’s unions than they do ordinary voters.

Next,I wonder if the slight increase in Trump’s poll numbers comes from people upset about persons of color, LGBT whining for more rights,protests using Antifa violence to punish the right and such things.
That would be like the 1960s Silent Majority riled up by Pat Buchanan,Spiro Agnew and Nixon to get people to say: enough of the PC and SDS and antiwar bombings and urban riots and fires-—Go Nixon. It worked.
Libtards will pass a law making it a hate crime to call 9/11 on law-abiding citizens if race was a motivating factor. Then, the law will only be applied to whites that call police on blacks.

Just as all hate crimes were already a crime. If you drag a homosexual down the road behind your pickup, you are already breaking the law even without it being called a “hate crime”
In fact, the “hate crime” status literally makes a homosexual’s safety more valuable than a heterosexual’s safety in the eyes of the law. i.e. do it because he’s homosexual, that’s a HATE crime, with extra special penalties. Do it because he screwed your little sister and that’s just battery (or some such)
It depends on who "they" are.
Look at Chicago. If "they" is leftists and BLM/Obama agitators, what you say is correct. They'd like to empty the prisons, too, for a while. Criminal auxiliaries are a staple of insurgent revolutionaries who want to destroy all order before they take over. USSR, the Balkans, certainly the Nazis... all had undisciplined criminal paramilitaries terrorizing scapegoated groups as well as the general law-abiding population.
If "they" is law-abiding black Chicagoans, I'd say no. They're tired of being shot by the dozens every weekend. But, they're also cowed by the noisy leftists, as well as suspicious of the police--a good portion by propaganda, some by experience. They'd prefer to live safe lives.
There are a lot of us out here who are fed up with the loose canons out in the streets. It’s been allowed .. it should be stopped. obama was the one who lit the fuse.. he opened the pit.. and they are all out to destroy and cause everyone else they don’t like to be as bad as they are.. they don’t see anything but “hey, we can riot and destroy their possessions, with no accountability”.. And there is a sort of power in their minds when they can do all this and no one can do anything about it.

One might think the blacks want:
Police not interfere withs blacks whether they are in the process pf committing a crime or not.
White folks do not call 911 on blacks whether they are committing a crime or not.
If black folks are breaking into a white persons house, the whites ought to retreat to some place far enough away it doesn’t interfere with the heist.
You ain’t seen nuthin’ yet.
And the cure is going to be even worse.

After all, Whites aren’t a protected class.
