Any law that protects one race over another is completely unconstitutional. The law would naturally apply to all races equally, or to none at all.

Libtards will pass a law making it a hate crime to call 9/11 on law-abiding citizens if race was a motivating factor. Then, the law will only be applied to whites that call police on blacks.
