On today’s Morning Joe, just moments after acknowledging that President Trump “has the legal right” to have canceled John Brennan’s security clearance, Mitchell continued:
“Arguably, some people will say, and I’m not a lawyer, but I’m certain that Mueller is looking into this, that this could be another issue of potential obstruction of justice. Whether it is of criminal import or not, it certainly is a question.”

The only way restricting Brennan’s access to past, current and future secret info could be seen as problematic would be if he were to leak it to Inspector “Javert” Mueller.
There’s no point to even dissecting this one. It is completely way-the-eff out there.
It’s similar to accusing President Trump of “Felony Breakfast-Eating in the Second Degree.”

With no job, what’s Brennan’s NEED TO KNOW anything? Even those with the highest clearances are still beholden to the NEED TO KNOW each operation they are read on, otherwise even they are not told.
