Harris said a man, later identified as Leon Armstrong, tried to get inside the stall with the teen . . . Harris told police Armstrong took a swing at him first.

I wonder how many witness there are to that swing. There could be tens of thousands of reliable, decent people who saw the predator swing first and saw Harris use only the force necessary to stop that immediate threat.

Why assume the daughter and Harris are telling the truth about the victim attempting to enter the bathroom stall? I had a drunk neighbor try to enter my condo one night, does that justify 2nd Degree Murder? Can we get the victims side of the story? No, because he was murdered by Harris.

Harris approached the man and punched him in the face, causing the victim to fall. The victim was snoring and moaning while on the ground. Harris then stood over the victim, struck the victim in the face several more times, and also kicked and stomped on him.
Harris fled to his home from the scene. The victim sustained swelling to the brain and a nasal fracture, and suffered loss of oxygen to his brain for an extended period. The victim later died of his injuries.
