Until just weeks ago, Hillary Clinton was the face of the Democratic Party.
She was quoted ad nauseam in liberal publications, appeared regularly on MSM shows and newscasts, and, as the last Democratic nominee for president, was held up as a righteous woman wronged by the horribly wrong system (Oh, America!)
But all that’s changed. The new face of the Democratic Party is a 28-year-old former bartender.
On June 26, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez knocked off the No. 4 Democrat in the House in a primary in New York’s 14th Congressional District, defeating Democratic Caucus Chair Joe Crowley. Since then, she’s been everywhere — far more often than Mrs. Clinton.
Don’t believe that Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is the new face of the party? Here’s what Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez had to say about her: “She represents the future of our party.” So, there you have it. Done and done.

Now, the Post usually reserves such fact checks for conservatives, shooting down their rhetoric (often by omitting facts). That the vaunted liberal paper would do such a fact check on the Democratic Party’s new darling really is telling.
The Post’s Glenn Kessler took a spin through “some of her recent eyebrow-raising claims,” and it wasn’t pretty.
“Unemployment is low because everyone has two jobs. Unemployment is low because people are working 60, 70, 80 hours a week and can barely feed their family,” Ms. Ocasio-Cortez said in a July 13 interview on PBS’s “Firing Line.”
“Poppycock,” said the Post.

So they will have to dress it up... put lipstick on the pig, and go with the “pussy parade” leftist/feminist destroyers of our families.... with christmas tree ornament “gibs me dat” and the illegal immigrant pity vote to try to overcome some elections. Part and parcel of this effort— it should be noted.... is the shadow banning/the demonetizing youtube/giggle and other tech leftie tricks, coupled with media onslaughts of utter lies about conservative candidates.
The will “dress up” socialism... make it appear “KIND” and “for the children”. And every time we should answer with.... “Venezuela— sitting on an ocean of oil, and their national police taken over by Cuban Communists wearing Venezuelan uniforms-— THAT’s socialism. Socialism is theft by FORCE of private and earned property— for re-distribution to.. them.”
More like— convert your paper assets to gold and silver...and bury them per survivalist techniques. That is... if they make ANY headway in the midterms.
We will have to “resist” the resistors. And offer them... metal so to speak. Because they will come after the 2nd Amendment (with the help of linguini spined center left Rinos).

OTOH, HC might be reasserting her position as The Woman Who Will be the First Woman President of the US: she doesn’t really have much time.
The WaPo is doing this because the masked socialist dems(the leadership) are ticked off by Ocasio and her crazy ideas.
The leadership knows they have to finish hollowing out the 2A before you can start talking like this.

There is a fissure in the Dem party between the masked socialists(leadership) and unmasked socialists(younger dems).
Masked socialists understand that they have gotten where they are by keeping their mask on and appearing moderate.
The unmasked socialists are a product of the socialist education centers(public schools). They have heard nothing but socialism. They dont understand why anyone would oppose it. No critical thinking skills taught in the socialist eductation centers. And no opposing opinions.
One can only hope that the fissure widens and the unmasked socialists break away. One can only hope.

We need to stop attacking her. Tearing her apart before NOV just lets Crowley win and return as Pelosi’s heir apparent. Stop eating dessert first. Wait for DEC. We WANT her as the face of the Left... for years, not weeks.
