Just wait till they mandate who you marry or who must be in your family.

~~I fell so invalidated. None of the male board members ever vote the way I do and when I speak it’s like they are not listenting~~

Actually it’s not unconstitutional

Tenth Amendment

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

That would actually fit with the long-term goal of the Left.

Redefine what a corporation is. Give it legal obligations which surpass earning a profit. Give “stakeholders” an equal or greater voice than those who hold financial equity.

Dear Ms. Watchacallya,

You have been selected to sit on the board of ZZZ Corporation for purposes for fulfilling the state mandate.

You are wholly unqualified to work in this position. You will be content to accept a junior board member’s salary— and you are the only “junior” board member; to attend company parties where your sole duty will be to smile and engage in the vacuous vapid small talk you currently engage in with your BFFs on the weekends, so you’re pretty good at that; and to stand next the CEO in publicity photographs in suitable attire.

Take it or leave it.

Signed,

:)

Leading to demands for at least one Hispanic, one black, one gay, one Muslim, one disabled, one Eskimo....

and then each will demand two because hiring only one will be denounced as “tokenism”.

Will a transgendered man qualify? Or will they also mandate a board member of each type of transgender, along with gays, and of course a racial quota?

Privileges and Immunities Clause/Equal Protection Clause; States are not allowed to be totalitarians at will.

They may create any laws they want as long as the remain a republic form of government. Legalizing marijuana is also illegal, so your argument is
Invalid. California and Colorado are rogue states and out federal government does NOTHING!

Then a dog, then a cat, then a chimp, etc.

Everybody in the pool!!

In my former office, it was ALL females. Meetings were torture.

Everyone HAD to talk at once and it got louder and louder until I thought my ears would bleed.

We had one cackler that I could have strangled, everything was hilarious for her.

Try that on for a couple hours!

Ginni Rommetty at IBM, Ann Mulcahey at Xerox, Pam Dunn at Kodak, Carly and Meg at HP have all been stellar CEO’s. /sarc

I took down my Rebel flag (which you can’t buy on EBAY any more) and peeled the NRA sticker off my front window. I disconnected my home alarm system and quit the candy-ass Neighborhood Watch.

I bought two Pakistani flags and put one at each corner of the front yard. Then I purchased the black flag of ISIS (which you CAN Buy on EBAY) and ran it up the flag pole. Now the local police, sheriff, FBI, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security, Secret Service and other agencies are all watching my house 24/7. I’ve NEVER felt safer and I’m saving $69.95 a month that ADT used to charge me. Plus, I bought burkas for me to wear when I shop or travel. Everyone moves out of the way, and security can’t pat me down. If they say I’m a male wearing a burka, I just say I’m feeling like a woman today.

Hot Damn…Safe at last!! ~ God Bless America

Supremacy Clause (Actual enumerated words in the Constitution) and the Incorporation Doctrine are set in stone. It's not about valid and invalid, it's about empirical evidence. Heck, even without the ID, my “argument” would be valid based on intent (And of course the Supremacy Clause).

Regulating Mary-Jane (Herbs, weeds, crops basically) by State legislatures are powers the States enjoy. Selling the stuff across State lines where other States have made the weeds illegal create problems though.

In the end, mess with individual rights (In this case the stockholders/stakeholders) should be met with utter contempt (Backed by Constitutional authority).

A great plan. Thanks to the Clinton FBI/DOJ to the current FBI/DOJ it has been a national thing to monitor Islamic training grounds in America not close them down!

Jake Reno, Mueller, Comey, Holder and Lynch insured the safety of these groups not our safety.

They monitor 24/7, the future killers, and don’t stop any bombings, killings or attacks by those being monitored. The Boston Marathon Bombing was a prime example of this bs.

Sir, you’re not getting it. We are in a state of lawlessness. States are now feeling empowered to do whatever they feel, regardless of federal law. Controlled substances are illegal under federal law. If states feel they won’t obey these, why obey any.
