California Prosecutors drop major charges against murderous Antifa bike lock terrorist Eric Clanton who assaulted Trump supporters with a deadly weapon. Given probation. No jail time.
I verified this in the court record. You can search for it here: https://publicportal.alameda.courts.ca.gov/publicportal/Home/WorkspaceMode?p=1#
Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to direct link to the specific court record.
The fix is in and the message is clear.
Coming to an Election Day polling site near you.
What about a civil lawsuit? He can’t get out from that one as easily I would think.
Yep its all good as long as a Trump supporter is beat up
The plea deal lets him off with a misdemeanor and probation.
The only good news here, is that he probably had to pay a lawyer $10,000+ to defend him and negotiate with the prosecutors.

The good news is that his address and employer are now matters of public record.

Nothing is going to change until one of these people gets sent away to the Big House for a long time.
What is to be afraid of?
Assault is fine as long as you assault the right person.
Threats...yea that is ok too.
Hit and Run...heck you have to catch me first.
Sniper fire...the person was asking for it.
[The fix is in and the message is clear.]
Apparently so. The injury he caused is a felony and should demand appropriate punishment.
He was actually charged with multiple counts of assault with a deadly weapon. He assaulted multiple persons.
Soros probably paid his lawyers................
Better get helmets.........
Some here seem to think this means the fix is in. Seems like a win if you read past the headline. If a prosecutor can get a plea deal, in this case a guilty plea to a lesser charge, much time/money is saved for other prosecutions. The guy got three years probation. He will probably have mandatory and expensive anger management classes and community service, as well as being closely monitored by a probation officer, who with any misstep, could put him right back in front of a judge. This may not seem harsh enough for some, but it is how the system works, and at least it worked.

Now let's place bets on how long until he violates probation.
Was he fired from his teaching gig or did he get tenured?
The anons on the chans are livid.
Maybe someday soon some Trump supporter will bash him in the head with a blunt heavy object.
I wouldnt shed a single tear.
Not one.
