@realDonaldTrump
When I decided to go to Ohio for Troy Balderson, he was down in early voting 64 to 36. That was not good. After my speech on Saturday night, there was a big turn for the better. Now Troy wins a great victory during a very tough time of the year for voting. He will win BIG in Nov.

Exactly, not to mention the fact the party in the WH usually loses seats. The fact it’s a special election that will be done again in less than three months... it was a big win.
The time to plan a massive counteroffensive for November 2018 was June 2017 at the latest.
This is good (better than losing), but there is no national organization (i.e, a political party) capable at this late date of summoning up 435 or even 218 MAGA candidates to put before the voters.
I/m afraid that, not only are the Republicans not up to the job, they are compromised to the extent that they are willing to lose their majorities rather than to permit the swamp to be drained.
Trump almost won NH (would have, except for illegal voting), and yet there are no credible candidates running against our two (D) Members of Congress. The GOP, which holds the legislature and the governorship, just is not willing to oppose meaningfully our all (D) representation in Congress.
We keep reading about the RNC being flush with cash, but they seem completely incapable of supporting candidates in these tight races. President Trump shows up to support Balderson, but where were the GOP leadership? Ryan? McConnell?
They were trying to lose.
Bump
So it’s a victory. “Great”? If everything is “great,” nothing is.
Trump needs to start calling out GOPe at the rallies.
Reagan > Trump
Interesting turnout info - 2018 vs 2016...
2016
113,000 (D)
251,000 (R)
2018
100,000 (D)
101,000 (R)
Conclusions:
1. 90% turnout for (D)
2. 40% turnout for (R)
3. Either ballot box stuffing for (D) or
4. Low enthusiasm for (R)
5. BOTH
Geez Alyssa, if you get to zap the Green Party votes, can the GOP exclude the Libertarian votes?
Media still uniformly claiming Ohio is “too close to call,” and using that as “proof” how much a failure Trump’s picks have been. Fox News hasn’t yet called the RATS loss a “moral victory”, as CNN did last night, but they’ll get around to it.
... WTF . . . the jock on Fox and Friends saying how Occasional-Kotex’s ideas are “catching on” and that dim-witted female Abby talking about how she’s “the future.”
Wow. Didn’t realize they had a crush on the grasshopper.
CBS This Morning says race too close to call, remains defiant and refuses to admit Trump won this race and they lost.
Fux News is now further left than MSNBC

The two I hate the most - because they're just two phony, objectively discredited bags of slime posing as news guys.
Baier is a disappointment, but Wallace is no surprise. His father was a TRUE manipulative crypto-commie and a proven smear merchant. Being an insufferable quisling POS is just in his DNA.
I remember when Megyn Kelly flopped with her questions with President Trump. Later, Howard Kurtz was doing a show and he had Baier and Wallace on. They said that they discussed the questions beforehand and they 100% backed her on it. My thinking then, as now, was that if they were true friends and colleagues of hers and wanted her to ask quality questions which would have reflected maturity and insight, they would have discouraged such a stupid line of questioning. They failed her, and they failed FOX.
