Robert Mueller has a long and sordid history of illicitly targeting innocent people that is a stain upon the legacy of American jurisprudence. He lacks the judgment and credibility to lead the prosecution of anyone.
I do not make these statements lightly.
Each time I prepared to question Mueller during Congressional hearings, the more concerned I became about his work ethic. Then as I went back to begin compiling all that information in order to recount personal interactions with Mueller, the more clearly the big picture began to come into focus. At one point I had to make the decision to stop adding to this or it would turn into a far too lengthy project.
My goal was to share some first-hand information as other Republican Members of Congress had requested, adding, You seem to know so much about him. This article is prepared from my viewpoint to help better inform the reader about the Special Prosecutor leading the effort to railroad President Donald J. Trump through whatever manufactured charge he can allege. Judging by Mueller's history, it doesn't matter who he has to threaten, harass, prosecute or bankrupt to get someone to be willing to allege something anything about our current President, it certainly appears Mueller will do what it takes to bring down his target, ethically, or unethically, based on my findings.
What does former Attorney General Eric Holder say? Sounds like much the same thing I just said. Holder: Ive known Bob Mueller for 20, 30 years; my guess is hes just trying to make the case as good as he possibly can. Holder does know him. He has seen Mueller at work when Holder was obstructing justice and acting in contempt of Congress. He knows Muellers FBI framed innocent people and had no remorse in doing so. Lets look at what we know.
What I have accumulated here is absolutely shocking upon the realization that Mueller's disreputable, twisted history speaks to the character of the man placed in a position to attempt to legalize a coup against a lawfully-elected President.

Wow. This needs to be shouted from the rooftops. He documents muellers reign of terror over decades. If the GOP has any interest in working with Trump, this man would have been run out of town on a rail!

Tonight I sit in a very old house in Louie’s town ( Tyler) helping my husband get the ceiling mounding installed. I am proud we own property in Louie’s district. We have been told more than once this house is Tyler’s oldest...3 years later of laboring I can believe it-LOL
Let us hope Mueller can be stopped

After all, Rep; Gohmert was a judge before he was a Congressman. Hes qualified, IMHO.Not to denigrate the good congressman, but having been involved in law is not a good qualification for being a congressman. I believe having honorably served in the military is a far greater qualification for one to have. Having had a proper job is leagues better than having been a lawyer.

If Mueller was known to be this big of an A$$, why did the Republicans allow him to be appointed? You don't really think that is a serious question, do you. Trump blew up the DC gravy train. Do you know how much money you can make taking a 10% cut off the top of a $850B trade deficit. What business do you think DC and GOPe is in?

Somebody should have told Ted...
"I don't think it was necessary to appoint a special counsel," Cruz said. "But the Department of Justice made the decision to do that. If they are going to appoint a special counsel, Bob Mueller is an excellent choice."
Cruz said Mueller, a former FBI director with a sterling reputation, would conduct a fair investigation.

Mueller needs to be indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced to prison for a long time.

I thank God for President Trump.

At his age and for his crimes; the rest of his life would be a fair amount of time. Let him die in prison where he belongs.

And that my friend is the bottom line. A criminal enterprise is being torn down. The elite has been enriching themselves off our backs with their schemes and lies. Now more people are waking up.

Mueller is a tough guy. I like how he indicted all those Russians who will never appear for a trial.
And I just challenged Rocky Marciano to a prize fight.
To: AndyJackson
I think the real story here is that the congress critters are scared of the CIA and the FBI.
Any one of them could get the Stevens treatment or the Libby treatment.
So it takes someone with President Trump’s guts to challenge Mueller. There might be 20 in the entire city of DC.
Not enough.
Look at how they have already tried to go after Jim Jordan.

Having posted this somewhere else, I though I would post it here so that folks can get a bit of the flavor of what is in our great patriot, Gohmert's 48 page paper
ROBERT MUELLER: UNMASKEDHere are some of the highlights and a few of the utter outrages against this man.
- Robert Mueller has a long and sordid history of illicitly targeting innocent people that is a stain upon the legacy of American jurisprudence. He lacks the judgment and credibility to lead the prosecution of anyone. p. 1.
- Any Republican who says anything resembling...Bob Mueller has a great reputation for being fair, (A) wants President Trump indicted for something and removed from office regardless of his innocence; (B) is intentionally ignorant of the myriad of outrageous problems permeating Muellers professional history; or (C) is cultivating future Democrat votes when he or she comes before the Senate someday for a confirmation hearing
- MUELLERS MINIONS HELP MOBSTER WHITEY BULGER ELIMINATE MOB COMPETITORS p.4
- Congressman Curt Weldon delivered some powerful and relentless allegations about the FBI having prior knowledge that 9-11 was coming....After reading the excerpts I have provided, you may get a window into the mind of the FBI Director or someone under Muellers control at the FBI. The FBI literally destroyed Congressman Weldon's public service life which foreclosed his ability to use a national platform to expose what he believed were major problems in the FBI fostered under the Clinton administration. p.6.
- The unconsitutional decision to raid Congressman Jefferson's Congressional office [evidence thrown out on appeal almost losing the entire case against Jefferson whom they had cold].
- MUELLERS FIVE YEAR UP-OR-OUT POLICY p 15 - Gohmert states "In retrospect, we did not know at the time what a farce a DOJ firewall would have been. Now we do!" p 14.
- Witch hunt against Sen Ted Stevens p 19 - claimed he underpaid for a cabin by 20% when in fact he overpaid. obtained a conviction two days before the election, which Stevens lost. "After a report substantiated massive improprieties by the FBI and DOJ in the investigation and prosecution of Senator Stevens, the result was ultimately a complete dismissal of the conviction"
- Gohmert states: "At the time there was no direct evidence that Director Mueller was aware of the tactics of concealing exculpatory evidence that would have exonerated Stevens"
- Under Director Muellers overriding supervision, the wrongdoer who helped manufacture the case stayed on and the whistleblower was punished
- Railroading Steve Hatfill for the anthrax letter attack "Hatfill was an implausible suspect from the outset. He was a virologist who never handled anthrax, which is a bacterium. p22
- framing of Scooter Libby p 24
- GOHMERT: Thank you, Director. I see you had mentioned earlier, and it's in your written statement, that the FBIs developed extensive outreach to Muslim communities and in answer to an earlier question I understood you to say that you know Muslim communities were like all other communities, so I'm curious as the result of the extensive outreach program the FBI's had to the Muslim community, how is your outreach program going with the Baptists and the Catholics?
- The law governing the special counsel (28 CFR 600.7) specifically prohibits Mueller from serving if he has a conflict of interest. Even the appearance of a conflict is disallowed p.38
- Mueller has no choice but to disqualify himself. The law affords him no discretion because the recusal is mandatory in its language. It does not say may or can or might. It says the special counsel shall recuse himself in such instance p 39
- An excellent post by Robert Barnes, a constitutional lawyer, identifies five statutes, regulations and codes of conduct that Mueller is violating because of his conflict of interest with Comey. Byron York, chief political correspondent for the Washington Examiner recounts in detail the close personal relationship between Mueller and Comey which gives rise to the blatant conflict of interest. [http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2017/06/12/gregg-jarrett-are-muller-and-comey-now-acting-in-concert-as-co-special-counsel.html]
- There is supposed to be an added precaution to prevent any potential for bias in a FISA Judge by having a rotation of judges. That is why it is such a shock to find out now that Muellers case against Michael Flynn would happen to end up before the randomly selected very dear close personal friend of FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, who hated President Trump with a passion, as evidenced in his text messages with colleague and paramour, Lisa Page. U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras, or Rudy as Strzok likes to refer to him.
- Contreras is one of only three local FISA court judges, and by default, is likely one of the judges who have on four occasions approved the Title I surveillance of another character in this melodrama, Carter Page.
