Motive was to create fear and get more gun laws passed.

Las Vegas massacre investigation complete - No motive found. There can be no way there was no motive, for such a drastic action. They completely blew this -- or they are covering up the truth.
This informs me that the Saudi Assassination theory may be true.
As Sherlock Holmes said, "Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."

No motive found because:
A) Paddock wasn't the shooter!
or
B) Murdering Trump supporters was his motive, therefore "no motive found"

This means the Feds were involved. Rumor has it that it either a sting gone wrong or that it was a hit on Saudi royals gone wrong.
I almost believe the latter considering the purge in Saudi not long after.

Sounds like a big coverup but perhaps the truth will come out someday.

O.K. Well, I’m satisfied.
(adjusts hat, makes sure shiny side is out)
Yeppers, just a guy in a hotel room that killed a bunch of people he didn’t know.
No motive. None at all. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

Right. Paddock just sort of had poor impulse control one day and said to himself, "Hey, I think I'll smuggle 19 guns up to a hotel room and open fire on a concert crowd. Why not? It's a boring day." You know how those whimsical little notions can pop up now and then.
We're being lied to, everybody knows it, and there's nothing we can do about it because we've empowered the liars to lie and their bosses to protect the lies. FBI jobs used to be characterized as positions of trust. That was a long time ago.

It takes a special kind of sick/screwed up person to do something like this.
People who have a sound mind can’t grasp that this guy may have had nothing more in mind than to make a name for himself.
What note do you write to explain that to anyone who wonders?
I’m not convinced this guy had to have a big motive behind this.
People start fires just for the fun of it. They don’t leave behind a big 100 page manifesto. They just set them and then sit back and watch.
This guy just had a different twist on what he wanted to cause, and watch.

If there is no motive then no intention can be established. If no intention then there is no crime. Right Comey?
