No conservative should go on those shows. The host can simply say "we invited a GOP spokesperson to give the administration side to this, but that person declined because he thought we were "full of shit", whatever that means..."

Their chief weapons are ad-hominem, deflection and projection, with a lot of straw men and red herrings thrown in for effect.
I’ve found, on Christian forums, that this formula is not just a liberal issue. It is the MO of anyone who has a strong opinion on a subject and considers those that disagree with them “stupid” or ignorant, yet they, themselves, can’t support their position. This is what leads people to the realm of being unhinged. It can happen with any subject matter. It is the MO of the side that has decisively lost the argument.
