The crowd at President Trump’s Pennsylvania rally broke out into chants of “CNN sucks” after the president referenced “fake news” during his remarks.
Trump was discussing how he won the state of Pennsylvania during the 2016 presidential election when he claimed that the “fake news refused to call” the state for him.
The crowd responded with boos and jeers, with some chanting, “CNN sucks.”
Trump later returned to the issue of the media during the rally, asking, "Whatever happened to fair press? Whatever happened to honest reporting?"
The incident took place just hours after White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders refused to say the media is not the enemy of the people during a press briefing, after being pressed to make the statement by CNN's Jim Acosta.
“I think the president has made his position known,” Sanders said. “It’s ironic, Jim, that not only you and the media attack the president for his rhetoric when they frequently lower the level of conversation in this country.”
Acosta walked out of the briefing after Sanders wouldn't make the statement.
Acosta also faced heckling from the crowd at a Trump rally earlier this week.
Remember during the election when Media Matters organized 'bird dogging' of Republicans at their town hall meetings?
Doesn’t anyone have any sensitivity to a fragile snowflake’s feelings? He could feel all mushy and squishy inside and not be able to raise his arms at a press conference. Then how will anyone know to praise him as a major star?

I started traveling on airlines for business back in the late nineties. Claiming CNN Sucks is nothing new, I was claiming the same way back then. People are starting to wake up and call for the end of propaganda fake news.
What's been happening to Acosta and CNN is not even at the same level as what Media Matters organized. This is just a few (well, more than a few) venting their indignation at Acosta as the face of CNN.
This idea that the press is immune from any blowback for their advocacy for the democRATS and their leftist positions is preposterous. If they were even remotely impartial reporters of fact instead of shills for the left there might me a legitimate claim.
CNN sucks and they have for many years. Remember.....They had a bureau in Baghdad. Saddam Hussein allowed them to be there as long as they only said nice things about him.
They were nice to Saddam Hussein and gladly pushed his propaganda. Quite different than how they treat President Trump.

They had CNN on the TV. I never watch CNN but I noticed that every Leftist on there looked absolutely depressed. I was just reading the Closed Captioning and it was the usual Trump this and Trump that.
