A Connecticut city official who came under fire just weeks ago for taking a knee during the Pledge of Allegiance once again knelt in protest on Monday.

Schlag then posted a letter on Facebook that defended her actions, saying she knelt due to "extreme sorrow" for the country under President Trump.

Linares seems like more prominent candidate than anyone running for Governor.
Besides Governor/Lt Governor, hopefully CT Republicans can win some of those downballot offices. All of them haven’t been won in years: Treasurer since 1994, Sec of State since 1990, Comptroller since 1970, and Attorney General not since 1956.
Pete, can you offer odds for the downballot races.
Treas (Linares) is the best bet. AG is also open, I have less hope for the other 2 offices.
Poll today shows liberal Stewart in lead in LG race.
Dreadful
What does impersonating Monica Lewinski have to do with President Trump?
From what little I can find on her she sounds like a cont(aminated water can really make you sick). Raised taxes, talks about too many “White men” being a problem, endorsed by Nancy Johnson.
Jayme Stevenson sounds like crap too, she’s attacking Stewart from the “right” but sounds just as bad or even worse at first glance.
Joe Marley, the party endorsed candidate sounds like the clear choice, I’m surprised the party convention endorsed the best candidate.

Ct gop convention has a large contingent of conservatives.
Small town & suburban town committees
They run into the problems in the primaries cuz the rinos are better at identifying their vote and gotv.
They endorsed the guy running against Linares?
Some candidates get in late n don’t have a chance to speak with the 2000 delegates
I think Linares was a late decider. And he was tied up at the senate
