In May 2018, New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman resigned from office in disgrace following reports that he had physically assaulted four women. Before his departure, Schneiderman had launched a year-long investigation into peaceful pro-life protestors. He eventually filed suit against 13 individuals in June 2017, alleging violations of the federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE) and the state and city corollaries.
Ironically, in a press release announcing the lawsuit, Schneiderman accused the protestors of threatening, violent, and obstructive behavior at Choices Womens Medical Center, a Queens, New York abortion facility.

I have organized and participated in prayer vigils outside abortion facilities.
I am friends with several sidewalk counselors.
They tell me about threats, assaults and people lying to police to try get them arrested. These sidewalk counselors are all unpaid volunteers. It takes remarkable dedication and courage to do what these people do. They are proud and joyful when they are able to convince a mother to not go in the facility and save the life of her innocent, unborn child.
It’s okay because it’s what they do, OTOH anti-abortion people have no rights and can be lied about with no qualms from law.
The democrats collude with them, and agree to arrest innocent, peaceful pro-lifers in return for votes and money from the abortionists.
We did not know him at first. He tried to strike up a conversation with us that was really weird.
Then one of the gals who had been protesting there for some time recognized the paint splatter on his sports shoes.
She said to him, "So how long did Charlotte (the abortion clinic owner) allow you for a lunch break?"
We could see through his eye holes in his pointed hood that he realized he had just been recognized.
He was the security guard for the clinic and they were trying to make us look like we were affiliated with the KKK.
What a bunch a noobs.
Everything this article and you expanded on is true.
This pro-life group was lucky to have a constitutional judge. I have been to several court trials in central NY and the outcomes were unfair and punitive to those who respect and witness for life.
A nationthe kills its own children is a nation without hope.
