Productivity is good. When more people produce more things, everyone prospers.
Under marxists and other America-haters, productivity is $hit upon and indolence is rewarded, making everyone miserable.

For everything I know and am capable of doing, me and macro-economics don’t get along. So, I am asking this out of ignorance. With the economy taking off, doesn’t this force the Fed to raise the interest rate well beyond where it is now, or risk causing run away inflation, or deflation, or whatever?
