What is happening is the liar media is trying to cast Cohen as a criminal because Mueller got a grand jury to subpoena him as part of a ‘criminal probe’ even though no criminal charge has been filed and no indictment issued on Cohen.
Mueller is trying to scare Cohen into thinking he will be prosecuted on some campaign finance violation using pretzel logic. He wants Cohen to cough up something on Trump that will get impeachment on the table for the Midterms.
