Yep. It’s not just lawyers. We need a privacy law. No one should be recorded or filmed without their knowledge, except in the case of a law enforcement action backed by a warrant. Violating this right to privacy should be met with criminal charges, not just civil.

For me, the story isn’t that he did this. The story is HOW we know he did this. Do that to every attorney in the nation and see how many recordings you end up with, even in states where it is illegal.

So no tourists can take pictures, and the only ones that can point cameras at people are the police, so we only get one side of the story in case something goes wrong? Sounds kinda... dictatorial to me.
