Yep. It’s not just lawyers. We need a privacy law. No one should be recorded or filmed without their knowledge, except in the case of a law enforcement action backed by a warrant. Violating this right to privacy should be met with criminal charges, not just civil.

So no tourists can take pictures, and the only ones that can point cameras at people are the police, so we only get one side of the story in case something goes wrong? Sounds kinda... dictatorial to me.
