Fox New’s Napolitano: Rosenstein’s alleged ethical violations are not ‘impeachable offenses’

Can’t stand that a-hole. Just another liar for hire as far as I am concerned.

Another one of those useless bastards that has changed a justice system into a legal game.

Napolitano said that Brit intelligence had a hand in the fake Trump dossier (a claim later proven to be true) and he was suspended and made to grovel. Since then he has been predictable: Deep state actors and activities = pure, good, defendable. Trump activities = questionable, impeachable, dangerous.

Somebody told him what they have on him.

Andrew Napolitano said Thursday that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein's alleged ethical violations are not “impeachable offenses.”

Now replace Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein's name with President Trumps name and see how that sounds...

You have to remember from the previous Clinton impeachment wars that you don't know the motivations of the players until years later - if at all.

It took 20 years for President Trump to expose the Mittlickers in the Media as partisan Democrats who were stealthily defending Rapin Bill the whole time they were pretending to be "objective".

Napolitano pulling his punches could be similar to a George Will trick.

Sedition, bribery, pedophilia protection, racketeering...

Napolitano is wrong.

What is with the Judge lately? Every response from him seems to be in opposition of Trump.

so do nothing, Judge? Reward incompetence. Turn the other cheek. Good solid advice from a once graying Judge now with Reagan hair. Now , if Fox nooz could just get him to wear high heels and a skirt

and to think, Trump passed you over for a SCotUS slot.. GOOD!!!

“Treason — this is directly from the Constitution — bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors,” Napolitano added.

Conspiring with the intelligence community to frame the President so the Democrats and RINOs can impeach him is treason.

The bar for removing appointed officials is much lower. You don’t need a new election. The president simply appoints a replacement. The congress can remove anyone they want other than president and vice president any time they want for any reason they want.
