Well, if the goofball running the DOJ was willing to sanction or fire Rosenstein, this wouldn’t be happening.

Fox news is gone, they are no better then any other msm. I don’t even watch them anymore. They have two token conservatives, Hannety and Tucker, and the rest are outright liberals or rinos.

Judge Nap is failing as he ages.
To: gattaca
There seems to be a mirror-image of the accusation made that Trump is "obstructing justice". That is, anyone in the deep state can open any kind of investigation when they want to side-step oversight of Congress.
This seems to be done as a ploy to "obstruct" the Constitutional oversight. So aren't the Deep Staters "obstructing" the Constitution?
Checks and balances have gone sideways, morphing into a political stand-off.
When will we have a permanent "Special Counsel", perpetually appointed, to thwart the Executive regardless of party?
If the F-I and D-J staged an actual coup d'état, it would not look a whole heluvalot different than their current antics.

I am getting soooo sick of Fox News experts. Judge(my ass)is always wrong and a bigger cheerleader for the deep state can't be found on Fox...except for all the rest of them including (Jug headed) Brett Bair, Cavuto, Shep, liverlipped blubber mouth Wallace. The list is endless.
I can't believe anyone really takes these clowns as serious as the take themselves.

President Trump must have turned down judge nap’s request for a position in the administration. Perhaps President Trump turned down nap’s request for a supreme court seat.

Here we are discussing possible impeachment of a senior member of the Trump administration and yet Trump still doesn’t fire him. Incredible.
To: gattaca
The “judge” appears to conflate the impeachable offenses ascribed in the Constitution to the President with those of lesser appointed officials.
