twitter is a private company. they can ban as they please.

If Twitter uses bandwidth paid for by public tax dollars, they have to service the whole public.

No. It does not. That said, if Twitter isn’t in violation of its own terms of service and/or pulling a fast one on investors somehow, the POTUS is barking up the wrong tree.
