Let me repeat that 55% of conservatives support a ban of smoking in public places.
Smoking what poll must not have been in stoner states.
While I disagree that private businesses should be allowed to make their own call on smoking, this is like issue importance #236 or something and now that smokers are <20% of the populace, very few restaurants would even allow smoking period at this point (was a big trend before states started banning it). It’s also an issue left up to each state as it is.
Yes, there are far too many people who think that we should ban things that they don’t like.
Let me re-word the first part - While I believe private businesses should be allowed to make their own call on smoking,....
Freedom actually MEANS being free to do what you want, so long as it isn’t hurting others.
It’s why the government had to cook-up this Second Hand Smoke fairy tale.
Let me repeat that 55% of conservatives support a ban of smoking in public places.

Is that percentage too high? Or too low?
I’d say it’s too low. Take your nasty dangerous addiction somewhere private. Not in public.
I’m sure they only mean tobacco.
We hate freedom.
That’s what happens when everyone is forced to pay for everyone else’s health care expenses.
In other words, one in four Americans are fascists. Another one in four have strong fascistic leanings. How far you’ve fallen, America.
It is quite hypocritical that people are FIGHTING tooth and nail for their right to smoke pot, HOWEVER at the same time think that people who smoke tobacco should NOT have that right!!!!
Of course, but that makes too much sense.
We could end 99% of sexually transmitted diseases by banning sex with more than one partner for life.
This would also include cancers caused by HPV, like cervical cancer.
Smoking can’t be banned! It has to be around so the left can tax the daylights out of it and demagogue the issue.
I don't mind being called a fascist by those who pimp death and/or addiction.
I'd have never been able to figure that one out for myself.
The public supports legalization of a smoked product.
The public is generally ignorant and illogical.
One in four Americans need to mind their own GD business.
Legalize weed
Ban tobacco
It’s a strange world.
