That's the point that blows the libertarian argument in favor of all this nonsense.
A man can say he's a woman. I'm not going to stop him - why would I bother - and neither is the law. But he wants to use the law to force me to agree that he's a woman.
Same with homosexual marriage. Nobody's stopping two men from saying they're married, and they can get an Episcopal or a Wiccan or a guy with a PhD from a European university to hold a wedding for them. No problem. But then they want the government to force me to agree that they're married.

Yep. But when the next election comes around, they’ll all vote for the designated DemonRat whacko in unity. I seriously ask them, “What the hell has the Democrat party done for you?” Seriously, they had both houses of congress and Hussein as President. They could’ve made same-sex marriage the law of the land in 3 minutes if they wanted to. But if they give the homos anything beyond their usual table-scraps, that a no-go. There are doctors who’s professional practice is at risk for denying such a patient service. There have been articles about it so this isn’t a hypothetical.
