So true, and don’t let them hide behind “ the family” mantra. they destroy families by allowing these criminals to go unfettered and do more “ life damage” to families than a legal vetting of who really is a family ( child ) member at the camps.

Those camps as horribly as they are portrayed are probably better living conditions than what most of the people who are in them have lived in prior to coming here....

Cut off ALL federal funds to Newark

While I don't disagree with you and I think Newark is a sanctuary city, I just want to clarify what was said in the article. The main ICE offices in NJ are in Newark (select NJ from the drop-down menu), which is the county seat of Essex County.

Many of the rounded up illegals were operating in Middlesex County, which one can see from the linked map is southwest from Newark.

I think Newark is a sanctuary city. I was reasonably sure of that, but it states it right in the article: Newark is a "sanctuary city." If ICE raided a location in Newark with dozens of these criminals, then their criminal network is apparently telling them to go to Newark.

Every time the words "illegal immigrant" are said your not-so-friendly neighborhood progressive hears "immigrant" and imagines the hardworking dishwasher or busboy at their favorite restaurant or the army of efficient landscapers who mow, trim, edge, clip and prune a quarter-acre suburban yard in under 30 minutes.

They simply have no idea (or refuse to believe) people like those arrested in Newark exist.
