The July 17 episode of Freeform’s The Bold Type exposed the unwillingness of anti-gun leftists to accept gun owners, even if one is their best friend. Budding writer Jane Sloan was traumatized at a very young age by the Columbine school shooting and she is horrified to learn that her roommate, Sutton, owns a shotgun.
Jane (Katie Stevens) was a first grade student just five miles from Columbine High School and she says her teacher’s daughter was murdered in that mass shooting in which shotguns were used. Meanwhile, her roommate Sutton (Meghann Fahy) grew up in central Pennsylvania and was a member of her school’s shooting club. She still owns the shotgun, named "Betsy," and shoots skeet.
Jane is completely ignorant of people who are gun owners and a more rural kind of lifestyle. As is usually the case with gun-grabbers, Jane goes into a typical stereotype of conservatives as she confronts Sutton and tells her “it’s crazy to have a gun.”

Oh my, more tripe from people who fail to understand that it would take hundreds of centuries for American criminals (including a few Eric Harrises and Dylan Klebolds and Nikolas Cruzes) to equal the number of citizens murdered by Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot in just one (and that these four men did not trust their populaces with firearms). And I guess this young lady also forgot that Dylan Klebold grew up in a liberal minded Jewish family where the parents were very anti gun in their views and that the younger Klebold told his father that he did not want to go to school in Arizona because of that state permitted citizens to carry concealed handguns.
Yup. The hugest whiners about oppression and being subjugated have not an inkling of either.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 million Americans own firearms. If we are all crazy and barbaric you would think there would be some outward sign of it. The steep drop in violent crime in the last twenty years seems more like a contradiction of it.
To the anti 2nd amendment assclown, ANY gun owner is only one tick away from doing a Mandalay Bay.
Go check out a history book instead of watching daytime TV and find out how ‘Barbaric’ looks like when only governments/tyrants own guns/weapons and not the people.

I had a nanny who came from Portugal. The first time she saw a Gun she screamed like it was about to murder her.

Once we got her trained SHE LOVED IT... and she was a little pissed at how she had grown up thinking it was so evil, and WHAT ELSE did they get wrong.

There are very few TV shows that I can stand to watch. I have no idea what this one is.
Nanny we used was an older woman from the Philippines. I screwed up bad and left a loaded defense shotgun against the wall right before I left on an errand. I remembered and tore home. I expected her to maybe quit, Val child services, get mad... something. I found it on the top of a bookcase where she put it out of reach for a child. I fell all over myself apologizing. She just looked at me mystified and said “it’s ok, i didn’t touch trigger”!
Common sense totally caught me off guard.
There is; it's all those mass shooting that have been going on. Never mind that everyone has been committed by hate filled drug addled liberals. It's all 120M of the gun owners fault. Except for the liberals who own gun. It's not their fault. They are just being prudent, on account of all those evil conservative gun owners, don'tcha know.
