The U.S., overall, is a much less violent place than it used to be. Our reported violent-crime rate is almost half what it was in 1991. But mass shootings havent decreased. In fact, theyve become even deadlier.
In 2010, the World Health Organization found that the United States gun-homicide rates were more than 25 times higher than in any other high-income country. And that was before Las Vegasand before Parkland, Florida. Weve witnessed 19 of the 30 deadliest mass shootings in modern U.S. history during the past decade.

The SOLUTION:
ARM THE TARGETS.
...............Next question?
Then stop focusing on the gun and focus on the violence aspect. The gun, knife, blunt object, car, etc. is just the tool the fundamental problem is the desire to commit acts of violence - seeing violence as the best course of action.
As long as people focus on the tools, they will fail to solve the problem. Of course for the "leadership" promoting such "solutions" that is exactly their intent - they want the violence to continue so they can manufacture excuses to incrementally disarm us.
“They” gottta have the boogey man under the bed. Firearms are it to them.
I was disappointed to discover that enforcing existing law was not part of the twenty-five ideas.
Enforcing existing laws are not limited to gun crime laws. Cities have laws against armed felons but few cities enforce that law even though law enforcement knows which felons are likely armed.
Execute to Educate ...... you commit MURDER your executed after trial by your peers and 1 state and federal appeal within a calendar year from original verdict.
That and ONLY that will cut down on MURDER with or without a gun. Trend today based on Maslows theory of hierarchy of needs aka the “need to belong” etc... trends towards a prison gang versus being a productive member of society.
My opinion only.
and that’s only the ones on the by line
Bingo !!!
