This unlikely to ever go trial, so we will really never know. It is a plausible explanation? As a former IT worker the hack explanation seems plausible. When they got hacked, I thought it was either an inside job or incompentent IT staff that that allowed the hack to happen. The indictment seems to point to the latter. In any event, the indictment appears to exonerate the Trump campaign.
I think you are confusing the Hillary campaign server, which the FBI did not see and Hillary had Crowdstrike working on and the DNC servers which the FBI did see and look at in the DNC offices. I believe the DNC servers were mirrored by the FBI as I recall but were kept up and active.
I agree with you that Hillary would try to steal the election. I doubt the DNC staffers in general thought that she would. They have undying loyalty to the top cadre such as Hillary.
I want to make these points. The Mueller investigation has been and is feckless. They desperately seek to justify their failed efforts by making allegations they know will never have to be proven and will never be proven. the intended message is that the election of Trump was fraudulent. This is the second time they tried this trick. The first time the “indicted” Russian companies. One of the answered and demanded proof discovery and the case collapsed. Now they indict station chief intelligence officers in the Russian defense intelligence agency. That is like the CIA . What a joke.
Secondly. let’s look at what they are saying happened. The assertion is that the American voter found out through the DNC emails that the DNC rigged the nomination against Bernie Sanders ,in favor of criminal hillary. Of Course, that is true. Did the American people not have a right to know the truth?
