George W Bush: ‘I’m Disturbed’ by Immigration ‘Debate Taking Place’

Former President George W. Bush says he’s “disturbed” by the immigration debate occurring under President Trump, where after decades, Americans are speaking out against mass immigration to the United States. During a panel discussion alongside former President Bill Clinton, Bush said the current immigration debate “doesn’t recognize” the “valuable contributions” of foreign nationals.

“I’m disturbed by the debate that’s taking place because I think it undermines the goodness of America,” Bush said. “I think it doesn’t recognize the valuable contributions that immigrants make to our society. And it obscures the fact — the rhetoric does — that the system is broken and needs to be fixed.”

Also lets admit that Bill Clinton was forced to be conservative and middle of the road in some ways because America was a more socially conservative nation while he was President.

Now with Trump we have Democrats coming straight out for open borders and we have the #metoo and pussyhatter women. All this anti-white nonsense going around. America has spun more out of control socially since Clinton.

If GW Bush brought down America one notch then Obama brought it down five.

The same nitwit who started the mess in Iraq that cost us thousands of our best young men and women, cost trillions, destroyed most of the Iraqi Christian community, and brought us a new ally of Iran, all over nonexistent “weapons of mass destruction”

I never would have said this before Trump got elected. But now I think that Bush had the CIA phony up his Intel for invading Iraq. After Trump I have seen the Deep State in action and I know a lot better. ++++ NOW that we know how Muslims operate it was obviously lots better to leave Saddam Hussein in place and contain him as we were doing. Saddam was the Sunni bulwark against Iran

John Hinckley, the man who tried to murder Reagan, was a family friend of the Bushes, and indeed had a lunch date with Neil the week after the assassination attempt.

Some think that Hinckley acted at the behest of G. Bush.

The “system” is NOT broken.

What has been broken for a generation is the will of successive administrations to carry out the law. They (including W) have decided to deliberately ignore their obligations to expel invaders.

The Kennedys, Clintons and Bushes are all the same brand of low-life trash whose fortunes were made participating in government crime and corruption.

You forgot the Obamas.

George, your ideas of open borders, “compassionate conservatism” (big government socialism) and perpetual warmongering/nation building were an abject failure. Just go away quietly.

I’m disturbed that you would put the “feelings” of your SIL before the good of your country.

I can’t believe I voted for this idiot.

Not only did I vote for this traitorous idiot, I was out in the streets holding up a sign for him while the chads were being examined. I now realize that I needed my head examined back then. I was just a useful idiot for the GOP.

The GOPe rigged the primaries so that the R choice was essentially the same as the Rat choice. I think we all know better now. The Uniparty rules the roost in the swamp.
