Those of you interested in the topic would probably be very interested in seeing what's going on here and the attitudes involved, including a surprising extent of obvious arrogance in the context of the situation.

I don't watch television and haven't seen some of the individuals in the case in video before now. It's a real eye opener.

Nadler should have been dragged out by his tiny balls then hung upside down from the nearest tree for his behavior/rudeness.

12 minutes in, and I feel more strongly than ever that every single member of Congress needs to be thrown out, and that we need a constitutional amendment that prohibits lawyers from ever serving in government, in any capacity.

Ha. First and foremost proposal that, I’d bet, gets a resounding approval.

Hell, just for the hell of it, I should get it on the FL Const. like they do w/ everything else NON-elected officials: petition Amendment

Strozk is a sociopath. No conscience, a bully and a wise ass. I pity any poor person who had him as a interrogator.

It's amazing how being that way gives all these collaborators huge bags under their eyes.

Yeah, what’s with the bags?

People are standard-issued a conscience, whether they choose to use it or not. If not, and they do sociopathic acts with impunity, their unconscious mind denies them rest, even if they sleep. imho

On “Senior Executive Service” as shown in comment #43 with a link,...

https://aim4truth.org/2018/01/03/deep-state-shadow-government-revealed-senior-executive-service/

...is there a Senior Executive Service? Are there really such appointees? If so, wouldn’t they be “federal civil officers” in re. impeachment? The following, though a resource from 2015, is very clear and informative for those who haven’t had the time to look into it before.

Impeachment and Removal
Jared P. Cole, Legislative Attorney
Todd Garvey, Legislative Attorney

Impeachment is important and needs to be done sometimes. For one, it’s the only kind of investigation that many conservatives can trust now to be used for later actions. For another, there’s quite an effort by Democrats to impeach our President instead of impeaching those who should be impeached. Some crimes or improprieties need very much to be recorded for future reference and actions. There are better reasons that I don’t have time to go into right now.

Representative Trey Gowdy and others have been working around the clock to get the right kind of investigation done right. At times, Gowdy’s eyes have shown his round-the-clock effort to do the best that he can.

Many times in the past, I worked long days and nights before polishing my boots to a high shine and pressing a uniform in preparation for an early morning formation and driving many miles to come to attention with a snap.

That’s how my eyes looked in platoon formation. They’re not evil eyes. They’re the hard working eyes of someone willing to give himself for his country. Representative Gowdy and his fellow conservative members of the Committee have my respect. The amount of material that they and their staff members have gleaned through for us must be enormous.

The bags show on an older narcoleptic who has had more than enough sleep, although many good older people also have them and get plenty of sleep. Dark circles show on an insomniac who worries too much to be a sociopath. Red, shiny eyes on someone who is drug-free are eyes that have been awake around the clock to get something done.

SES is the pay scale for government executives, including the President’s Cabinet.

It is the level above GS. GS employees have protections that SES employees don’t. I believe the President can fire any SES employee, but can’t fire GS employees.

The SES turns over 10-15% per year, as many equivalent private sector jobs pay much more.

Pay scale and listing of which jobs are SES:

Thank you. Maybe SES employees are "officers" of the federal government. I'll have a look.

Agree - it’s stretching way out of shape to attribute nefariousness to eye bags - did much the same as you in my 24 years in uniform and 15 in civil service working with the military - lots of long hours over those 39 years....

Congress, whether by impeachment or otherwise, can remove anyone in the Executive or Judicial branches. Anyone appointed by the President can certainly be impeached and removed.

The legal case of Buckley v. Valeo established the almost limitless power of impeachment. In practice, however, Congress isn’t going to bother much with anyone in the GS system, which has its own system of discipline. It would seem clear that anyone in the 7000 member SES can be impeached.

You and apparently most others here miss the point.

Gowdy is the barker......... others will do the biting.

The point of the hearings is to allow the public to see the depravity. The point is to have testimony that will produce visual sound bites that atr far more meaningful and understandable than reeferences to text messages.

The hearings are a perp walk
