Fine -- if Uber doesn't want to have Trump supporters as passengers, then Trump supporters shouldn't use Uber.

I agree. And if they don’t want pick up black people they are free to do so.

Again, it’s ONE driver.. not the Corporation policy. Why punish everyone. ENOUGH.

How about a “National Day Without Uber”?

If you need a ride, call a taxi cab.

So, if they needed to go to the Emergency Room because one of them was having a Heart Attack, the Uber Driver could refuse to take them?
Isn't Transportation considered Public Accommodation?

They should’ve said it was racism and blaming the MAGA hats was a cheap excuse.
Until we start smearing the leftists the same way they do us they won’t learn a thing.

If Uber does not apologize and fire this driver by EOD Friday, I will never use Uber again. Alternatives exist. /an Uber VIP rider with over 2,400 rides with a rider rating of 4.96 out of 5.00

Just saw an ad on TV by Uber going about how they are improving the Uber experience for both the passenger and driver. I wonder if this is what they meant. Probably not and the big bucks they spent on that ad went down the drain thats to one crazy liberal Uber driver.

Did they get out of the car or stay in it? I would have stayed in the car and said take me where you are contracted to take me...or I’m not getting out.

That is the driver’s right. It is his car and he can choose whose money he takes.
IIRC, it is also the customer’s right to castigate the drive on the Uber app with a bad rating.

I’m both an Uber driver and a conservative, who will cheerfully drive any FReeper around. I’m sure your ride will be more pleasant than the times when I have to shuttle rowdy drunks from the local colleges. Uber helped me get through the tail end of the Obama years, when the economy didn’t have a job for me. To those of you talking about boycotting the service, I hope you will make an exception for me.
