A member of the House Committee on the Judiciary said during a hearing Thursday that a government watchdog found that nearly all of former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons emails were sent to a foreign entity and that the FBI didnt follow-up on that finding.
The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found an anomaly on Hillary Clintons emails going through their private server, and when they had done the forensic analysis, they found that her emails, every single one except four, over 30,000, were going to an address that was not on the distribution list, Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas said during a hearing with FBI official Peter Strzok.
It was going to an unauthorized source that was a foreign entity unrelated to Russia, he added.

You're right. don't know why I didn't think of that.
Book mark
Record, smecord. When are we going to see indictments for these people?
How about Sedition?
.... Heck ..... Notice how it takes outside interests and NOT the FBI to find this stuff. Further evidence of the Corruption of the FBI ....
It was going to an unauthorized source that was a foreign entity unrelated to Russia, he added.
Gohmert said the ICIG investigator, Frank Rucker, presented the findings to Strzok, but that the FBI official did not do anything with the information.
Strzok acknowledged meeting with Rucker, but said he did not recall the specific content.
The forensic examination was done by the ICIG and they can document that, Gohmert said, but you were given that information and you did nothing with it.
He also said that someone alerted the Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz to the issue.
Mr. Horowitz got a call four times from someone wanting to brief him about this, and he never returned the call, Gohmert said."
Part of the biggest cover-up in history.
People need to be held to account before any trust is earned back.
I hear ya.
bump
Haha, don't make my mouth water. Love to used the old laws against the Alphabet networks as their early versions were used against partisan newspapers then when parties fell out of favor, the imprisoned became the warden.
But the last time I can remember the surviving laws of sedition successfully used was the case against Oscar López Rivera, the Puerto Rican militants who did use violence against the United States. He got a pardon by Obama on his way out.
His case should give you an idea of what the courts consider sedition.
And no, I don't know specifically the difference, if there is one between sedition and treason. The sources I've read sound a awful lot alike. Dunno. Ask a real lawyer
Let me guess, they were going to Soros in Hungary or somesuch.
AYes I know but I used these as an example of what treason would look like.
Since they were unsuccessful contacting him, IG will say I know nuthing.
Thats why i think they should have sat on his office until he saw them.
BTW i only see this on DC no where else. Found it on cspan with great difficulty.

For life. Just on the 110 violations of the espionage act alone she would be facing 1,100 years as each violation carries a 10 year sentence. That’s not even counting her involvement in racketeering, fraud, bribery and blatant theft.
Probably, courtesy of valerie jarrett.
