Interesting question! He appears to be a sociopath - he doesn’t have any guilt or emotion. Smirking is NOT an emotion.

I didn’t even have to watch the testimony to tell you that.

“:^)

Thirty seconds after they announced Trump’s victory, this guy had made up his mind.

He loathed Trump and still does.

He’s not an unbiased law enforcement official. He’s not seeking blind justice. He’s determined to enact injustice.

As I posted on both of the live threads earlier today:Sorry, but tolja. As usual with these hearings, absolutely nothing of substance was accomplished. A complete waste of time. Preening, camera-loving legislators. I want my taxpayer dollars back! See tag.

I agree.

IMO, the 5th Amendment should not apply to government employees.

This is an admission from a Mueller surrogate that this investigation is about impeaching the President. As such, it should be wholly under the jurisdiction of the House of Representatives and it should be stopped by them, even if it means passing a bill and having the Senate vote on it.

DOJ and the FBI have no authority to engage in impeachment actions without having been empowered to do so by the House.

This is more evidence that the DOJ/FBI cabal has decreed itself to be a separate branch of government and subject to no control or oversight by any elected official. It’s the end of our Federated Republic if this is allowed to continue.

The presence of an FBI lawyer to represent an FBI official before the HOR is more evidence of their self-proclaimed independence.

I did not expect indictments, but I was very pleased at how strong the republican questioning was.

That’s what I got from the hearing. There are MANY who are saying the hearings were worthless, or disgraceful, like Cavuto, Chad Pergram, whoever he is, Payne and some supposed conservative “pundits”, you know, the Barbie Dolls.
I’ll take what I can get, having watched the Gowdy questioning three times.

I’m not going to trash your idea. Instead I’ll address what has come about here.

It is common knowledge that this butt-head has been playing fast and loose with the law.

He has taken the law into his own hands, and is trying to take Trump out, and even admits it.

There are remedies for that, but failing that you now have to consider if the 5th should apply for federal employees.

I say yes, but I also say guys like this prick, Hillary, Huma, should all be in prison by now, having been charged, prosecuted, and found guilty.

You should never have to contemplate this type of reaction involving the 5th Amendment.

“DOJ and the FBI have no authority to engage in impeachment actions without having been empowered to do so by the House.”

That is an excellent point. The FBI agents committed an unconstitutional act by engaging in government activities to impeach the president.

1. He’s a lying sleezebag.
2. He’s an east coast so-called university grad.
3. He’s got an academic major not requiring any academic abilities.
4. He’s got a gubmit job requiring obviously little ability.
5. Ergo, he’s a liberal democrat.

After much study and reflection guyes like strzok(sp?) come to the inescapable conclusion that this President must be impeached. There is no other way short of assassination to get him replaced by a Stalin disciple.

Ah, selective recall, always a convenient ploy that generally bites one in the ass. The guy is a worthless POS for sure and fearing some time in a cell with a guy named Louie who has posters of the Chippendales on the wall. Just wishful thinking.

Liberals and their close cousin Democrats and other socialists do not believe that are betraying anyone with lapses in fidelity. They don’t even define fidelity the way still sane people do. The only fidelity there is for them is slavish hewing to the Party Line which changes with the situation.

Regarding their government work - I absolutely agree. Not so much for their private life.
