President Donald Trump has arrived at Blenheim Palace in grand style ahead of a gala dinner with US and UK business leaders.
He was pictured arriving in Marine One in a tuxedo with First Lady Melania, who is wearing a floor-length, pleated buttercup yellow gown.
Awkwardly grabbing Theresa May hand - in a replay of their White House meeting last year - Trump was treated to a fanfare welcome by the Scots, Irish and Welsh Guards bands.
The president was also given a performance of Amazing Grace featuring a bagpipe solo.
The magnificent English country house, which was built in the early 18th century, was the ancestral seat of Sir Winston Churchill, who was born there in 1874.
President Trump arrived at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is in Oxfordshire, in his helicopter at about 7.50pm tonight before being greeted by Theresa May.
He is expected to be given a tour of Blenheim's grounds by the 12th Duke of Marlborough, Jamie Blandford - also known as Jamie Spencer-Churchill.

Btw, that contrast 'tween his tux and her amazing dress is simply outstanding.
Nice sentiment...but those of us paying attention SEE that PDJT does this for America EVERY DAY - for 20 months now; ‘backwards and in heels!’ (Ginger Rogers quote.)
Screw the rest of the world! If they want to come along, fine. You’re not going to change the minds of idiot Socialists through words. ACTION is better...and probably still not enough because, you know, the Socialists, are SO MUCH SMARTER than the rest of us! ;)
*SMIRK*
Theresa May scooped up POTUS! LOL
.
‘Disney characters or actual monarchs cant compare.’
Good observation, but I doubt that ‘LGBTXYZ’-Loving, America-Hating ‘Disney of today’ is ever going to make a Melania Princess. :(
Walt would’ve, though. And that’s the sad state of affairs we are in.
When I was a little girl, we had ‘First Lady’ and ‘The Lennon Sisters’ (Lawrence Welk) Paper Dolls. How sad that little girls these days can’t enjoy simple pleasures like that.
“Any idea who designed the gown?”
Bagster designed it. He’s had some free time on his hands of late.
She is such a sharp contrast in comparison to the previous f.l.
Hag May gets helped up stairs by gentleman Trump.
While uncooth Mr May scampers off, ahead of beautiful FLOTUS.
GRRRR.
She gets last laugh, though. Look how absolutely breathtaking her dress/she looks contrasting with the Band Gaurds coat.
Gorgeous.
Thanks, again. I see a similar gown in emerald that sells for about $2,700.
Every time I see May in profile I think: Polly want a cracker?
LOL!!
That gown is just gorgeous!
Goodness, they look great!
Best way to stand up to all the so-called protesters.
The color of her gown was clearly very carefully studied and chosen for the occasion and the setting. Look at the Guard. Look at Blenheim Palace itself. Then look at them all together with Melania Trump, in her gown. Perfect. Not an accident, and not an easy thing to have accomplished. Color does strange things in different settings, in different sorts of light. That does what it was no doubt intended to do, she looks totally as if she belongs there.
I noticed that Theresa May should’ve done a little more research herself. Her gown blends in with the carpet and gets lost. Melania is a beautiful standout!
Not just that it makes her look ill, frankly. Should have stuck with black but I guess the timing of the event wasn’t correct for that.
