“I believe they can tell if you win more often than if you lose!”
Thought that was called a run of luck.
Except the trained dealer, the floor man, and about 50 video cameras.
“Because that technique gives you no advantage.”
What do you mean? If it hits a “1”, what are the odds it will land on the “1” again!!??
Yeah - I know.
I’ve been to Vegas three times. The first time $20 worth of nickels lasted me the entire night roaming the strip.
The second time I think I blew it all at just two casinos.
The third time was with the kids, and I think I put $1. in one of the slots.
The last time I was in a casino was some Indian one where I was doing a project. Went in for lunch and was going to pull a lever. Although I had to pay for a card to swipe. So forget that! (The food was okay though!)
They're pros and if anyone has an idea of cheating the casinos, they've probably already seen it and are prepared for it.
I recently saw a young Asian girl who rifled thru a deck of cards, memorizing each one. Then after all the cards were dealt out to 4 or 5 other kids, she was able to name the card when any of the kids was told to turn over the top card in their pile.
I’ve seen magician do similar. i think he had the memory and that trick was not a trick. Jerry Lucas an Ohio State/NBA player from the 60s had photographic memory and he made million selling books and lessons about how to improve your memory.
