Strzok denies bias, wins Democratic applause after bashing Trump's 'horrible, disgusting behavior'

FBI official Peter Strzok testified defiantly on Thursday that he was not biased while investigating 2016 election candidates, but said at the same time that he disapproved of then-candidate Donald Trump's "horrible, disgusting behavior."

Strzok won applause from Democrats during a joint hearing of the House oversight and judiciary committees after offering an explanation for an August 2016 text message to then-FBI attorney Lisa Page that "we'll stop" Trump from being president.

"I think its important when you look at those texts that you understand the context in which they were made and the things that were going on across America," Strzok testified.

I wish somebody would do an FOIA request for his timesheets. He could not have possibly sent and received all of the texts on breaks or lunches. It would be interesting to see if he used personal leave or vacation time corresponding with his text activities. Failing to do so could be considered an act of fraud which victimized the taxpayers of America. It would really be funny if he claimed any overtime while concentrating on texts instead of work.

Strzok and his self-righteousness about himself and the FBI “culture” is disgusting.

This drone has worked nowhere except the FBI. He has no idea his view of the FBI “culture” is bullshit. Most small companies in the USA probably have a stronger, more pro-active, and more ethical culture than what he works in. He has stewed in the FBI and DC bureaucrat self-propaganda and echo chamber for so long, he can’t imagine anything else.
