Abortion was illegal when the Constitution was written.
Let that sink in for a minute

I seem to be missing that section on abortion in my Constitution...

Tomi Lahren is an idiot.

Roe was judicial activism that invented what was not in the Constitution.

If Roe was reversed it would not be spitting on the Constitution, it would be vindicating it.

Kavanaugh isn’t going to overturn Roe v. Wade.
And if he did, it would devolve to the states, which could then make their own laws regarding abortion.

Roe was hideous law - with judges finding ‘penumbras’ and creating rights never mentioned in the US Constitution, nor covered by the 9th or 10th Amendments, while ignoring the one relevant piece of law: the 5th Amendment: “...nor be deprived of life...”

Hey Tomi - You can have a moral and legal problem with Roe /abortion without being Christian or religious at all. All it takes is the belief that humans have a right to life and that human life begins at (conception, heart beat, 2nd trimester, whenever you believe it does). In fact, you can argue its morally imperative using just documents from our founding fathers - including, but not limited to, the DoI and Constitution - without any religious belief whatsoever.

Overturning Roe is IN LINE WITH The Constitution, dumbass

For goodness sakes, learn about Constitutional Law before going on national TV and making a fool of yourself

Feminists need to protect abortion. Abortion allows men to have unprotected sex as often as possible without concern for romance, commitment or financial responsibility.

“religious judicial activism which is a mistake and it’s unconstitutional”

The MISTAKE was the “judicial (legislative) ‘activism’” in the first place. Roe was the worst “decision” EVER

Wake up, stoopit

Methinks Ms. Lahren has had an abortion.

Is she angling for a job on MSNBC?

Why be so vocal about this, even if she feels it? A huge part of her base aren’t big fans of abortion.

Religion? Heh, I can show through science that a ‘fetus’ is in fact, living. Just because it is a temporary dependent doesn’t make it “non-human” or “non-life”.

The Constitution does not permit murder.

Perhaps Tomi can have a real discussion about abortion and what it does to the woman after the abortion. How about we talk about increased depression, drug abuse and suicide rates after the procedure?

I was reading and living the US Constitution before she was even born. Nothing like getting lectured by a millenial faux-conservative....

I am surprised at her. If she believes this she should KNOW that all the conservatives do not agree with her, and not make it the hill she wants to die on.

She’s great for our side- but she should learn to pick her major battles.

Don’t crap where you eat Tomi.

I hope you come to your senses on abortion, but in the mean time don’t PROMOTE support for it.

One of these days scientists are going to figure out what causes pregnancy so we can avoid it before you have to murder a baby.

The Constitution has been trashed by the libs anyway so it’s a moot point.
