Schumer and the dhimmicrats really should have fielded a presidential candidate in 2016 that had a chance of winning…if they didn’t want strict constructionists picked for the court.

Life’s a b**ch Chuckie.

” risks that a conservative court could pose to abortion rights and affordable health care”

If Roe v Wade were overturned tomorrow, Congress could enact similar legislation the next day. But the American people would oppose that, and they know it. Tyrants.

Sen. Patty Murray (Wash.), the highest-ranking woman in the Democratic leadership, warned that “a vote for President Trump’s Judge Kavanaugh is a vote to go back to the days when women had to go into back alleys for health care.”

Remember Patty Murray the mom "who wore tennis shoes"?

How about Patty Murray the "wannabe birth mother who aborted a baby"?

I am sure the dims will find someone who claimed Kavanaugh touched her inappropriately in a third grade cloak room, or someone who saw someone that looked like him, at a college, pro-Reagan rally.

All the usual absurd $#!t they come up with is bound to be in the lsm soon.

They should hire the “Russians” who somehow parlayed $50,000 in Facebook ads for a win against Hillary’s $2 billion dollars.

The Democrats wouldn’t have to panic like this if the Constitution actually stated that women had the right to kill their babies until their expected due date. But of course, the Founders would never have done that, so Justice Blackmun concocted the “right” to abortion. Justices today have no obligation to honor precedent for an unconstitutional “law” fabricated by the SCOTUS.

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) kept her cellphone glued to her ear whenever she walked through public hallways, making it impossible for journalists to ask her about Kavanaugh’s record.

The old fake cellphone call trick....

“Manchin says he’s concerned how Kavanaugh may rule on federal protections for people with pre-existing medical conditions, a pillar of the ACA.”

Why the heck would this make his
nomination a deciding factor, when
the only thing that got the ACA
passed, was from a turncoat SCOTUS
judge who ruled the mandate was a tax?
The pre-existing conditions clause
would not exist except for the passing
of this nightmare legislation.

Brett Kavanaugh worked on the Clinton-Monica Lewinsky investigation and also on the Vince Foster “suicide” case.

Those events took place twenty years ago, so many young people will not have heard of them.

While Chuck Schumer spends the next two months on a boring nit-picking expedition through Brett Kavanaugh’s files, at least some members of the media will be doing their journalistic duty by informing the public about his life, including his investigations into two of the Clintons’ most unsavory scandals.

The big question this summer may not be whether Brett Cavanaugh will end Roe v. Wade but instead whether Vince Foster could have accomplished the contortionist miracle of shooting himself in the back.

"Democrats on Tuesday began building a case against Kavanaugh that he cannot be trusted to uphold Roe v. Wade or defend reproductive rights in general."

There's no case. They're freakin' out!

Kavanaugh only wrote opinions against taxpayers being forced to pay for one "immediate" abortion for an illegal immigrant that her sponsor could pay for. ...and against employers being forced to pay for abortions with unaffordable insurance premiums.

From The Collaborative International Dictionary of English v.0.48 :

  Hysteria \Hys*te"ri*a\, n. [NL.: cf. F. hyst['e]rie. See
     Hysteric.] (Med.)
A nervous affection, occurring almost exclusively in women,
in which the emotional and reflex excitability is
exaggerated, and the will power correspondingly diminished,
so that the patient loses control over the emotions, becomes
the victim of imaginary sensations, and often falls into
     paroxism or fits.
     [1913 Webster]

Note: The chief symptoms are convulsive, tossing movements of
the limbs and head, uncontrollable crying and laughing,
and a choking sensation as if a ball were lodged in the
throat. The affection presents the most varied
symptoms, often simulating those of the gravest
diseases, but generally curable by mental treatment
           alone. Hysteric

In my dream world, Mitch McConnell would do the vote for Kavanaugh before he allowed summer vacation to happen.
