A lawsuit against a Pennsylvania school district will be filed later this month, if the district continues its refusal to allow parents to see a series of pro-LGBT videos that their children were forced to watch in April. In a June 22 letter to the East Penn School District, Liberty Counsel attorney Richard Mast said that Pennsylvania state law dictates that parents are entitled to all such curriculum information.
Almost three thousand students at Emmaus High School were required to see the videos during the school district’s LGBT “Unity Week.” Students could not opt out, and not only were parents not allowed to see the videos, they were not even informed that the videos were being shown.
The national LGBT lobbying group GLSEN sponsored the “Day of Silence” across the United States. The four videos that the students were forced to watch were sponsored by the Gay Straight Alliance Club.

Seems to me this warrants someone being charged with “contributing to the corruption of a minor” if these films can’t be showed to theUSA parents then they shouldn’t be shown to the students.

The point when reasonable parents should have pulled out their kids was a long long time ago. Decades ago.

These people have declared war on all that is normal. There are many fine options available for those who don’t want to send their children to public schools.
A stranger showing these things to children would be arrested. Why is it different in a school setting?

Those parents should charge each school board member, principal and involved teacher with child sexual abuse and child endangerment (promoting STD exposure behavior).
I would like to think my kids would understand what was happening and have the conviction to stand up and walk out. Then, when I got the call from the school, I’d tear the roof off the place and let the world know that this kind of sick proselytizing is going on — IN SECRET — in public institutions.
That ought to bring a few more converts from The Dark Side to the Trump Revolution.

I’m glad we homeschool...it is a sacrifice, but if you love your kids, you do the sacrificing. So you don’t get the new Mercedes every year...big deal...

This is one of those times I wished we hadn’t homeschooled out kids. I’d love to have some know nothing government drone tell me to my face that I cannot inspect any possible thing they are teaching my kid.
They have absolutely zero right to withhold information of any sort from any parent at any time....ever
It's puzzling that the voters in the District were so ignorant and uninformed, that it never occurred to them to sue the School board, individually and collectively.
Let's hear all the arrogant explanations these criminals have explaining why they chose to defy Pennsylvania State law on behalf of militant sick perverts.
My two liberal sisters and their kids live in Emmaus. Wonder how they feel about this.
