Schumer and the Democrat Party is Evil. The FBI is their enforcement arm. The Justice Department refuses to turn records over to Congress so Kavanaugh’s records should not be turned over. The Democrats have already said they will not vote for Kavanaugh so why go through the process and waste time,money and effort?
DEMOCRATS are EVIL and destructive.
All of this ties into why I am taking great joy at the terrible tears of the Left when it comes to the Judiciary and the rules for approving nominees.
They amply showed us exactly what they would do when they were in power, and what they would do is step on our necks and rejoice in it. They changed the rules to enable their perfidy, and in the end, it has come back to bite them in the collective ass.
They showed us they would put a joyful foot on our necks when we were helpless to prevent it.
In this, we should not allow them ideological mercy, accommodation or surrender on this field of political battle. We must pursue them and chase them from the field, not hand them their swords so they can walk away.
They have shown that this is how they would conduct themselves when they were on top, and have indicated they will go for a scorched earth policy in defeat.
It will be interesting to see how fast or not the left gets papers... House Oversight Committee Goudy, Jordon, Issa, etc have been demanding papers for a year of more. The Left obstructionists via protests, incriminating views on talk shows etc. plus the ongoing Muller Kangaroo Court will continue to hamstring the nation...the Left caring not a whit for America or for women as they cry they do.
Tyranny & Progressives demand much like a dictator, we either play their way or we will be silenced.

How about we put Senatorial candidates up to this level of scrutiny BEFORE they are elected?

We need to get rid of the 16th and 17th Amendments. Otherwise, Trump’s legacy is going to be a faded footprint in the shoreline in the long run.
