“Democracy Dies in Darkness” isn’t just a motto for The Post - it’s also the mission statement.

Deplorables must consider decorating the DC cherry trees with David and his seditious friends.

Democrats have “endangered democracy” by refusing to accept the result of a democratic election.

Silly, that's because elections are only supposed to have consequences with Democrats win!

Conservative judges would not be “eroding rights,” they would be interpreting duly passed laws as they are written.

It is certainly more enjoyable to read the whining and moaning by the Democrats than it would have been to be the one moaning and whining if Hillary had been elected President.

I will try to remember to use those phrases.

Liberals desire the destruction of this nation.

Liberals grew up angry at their parents. They wanted to prove that their childish ways would work, but their ways don’t work.

Problem is, their parents ways do work.

So, liberals want to destroy their parent’s nation to prove their parent’s ways don’t work.

It is about a childish anger, and if you keep that in mind then everything a liberal does is predictable.

Indeed. They are stuck in a 14-year-old’s negative self-realization phase.

“Exactly.” We are a democratic republic. Ironically, the Democrats are seeking to diminish the power of the two democratic branches of the federal government in favor of the non-democratic branch.

The justices and their families need 24/7 protection.

Trump should call Pelosi and Schumer into his office and tell them if one person who supports him or works for him they will be charged. And before he tells he them but while they’re in his office pick up the phone and call Sessions and fire him. Then tell them Rudy is itching to hang their asses.

These folks haven’t seemed to figure out that the Republicans will just add justices once the Democrats start this judicial arms race. Eventually, the Supreme Court will become nothing more than a large, unelected legislature IF such a course of action ensues.

If Trump got to 7-9 justices it would NOT be “court-packing” unless the number of SC justices was expanded to accomplish this.

If the Wise Latina, Ruthie, and Kagan were to be called home to account for themselves, for instance, it would not be court packing to put a few constitutionalists on the court.

Most of these seditious Lefties are operating under the old rules of engagement - that Zero and his .gov thugs are in charge, and are still targeting conservatives and other political enemies with the IRS and other criminal agencies.

These guys leave their personal information EVERYWHERE, because they're not used to unfriendly eyes on the Internet.

We learned to go anonymous the hard way under the Felons Clinton and the Brown Felon Clown.

Let’s - we Conservatives - make it clear to the public, the sheeple, that the Left’s idea of what they refer to as “Democracy” has zero, zip, nada to do with any basic element of true democracy.

One case (of many examples) demonstrates what they mean by “democracy” and how it has nothing to do with democracy. What popular democratic voting process mandated “gay marriage” throughout the U.S.? None. It was dictated into existence by the Supreme court, and done so to void democratic processes in the states that opposed it. Yet the Left suggests to the sheeple that by trying to protect such court dictated decisions, they are trying to protect “Democracy”.

Someone - a protester - holding a sign for an atheist group in front of the Supreme Court recently had these words on the protest sign: “Keep Your Theocracy Off Our Democracy”. And what we can ask did DEMOCRACY have to do with a group of judges imagining constiutional content that is not in the Constitution, and dictating their legal invention as a mandate on the people. NOTHING, nothing at all to with DEMOCRACY. Yet, there it - the pretense - is in the arguments the sheeple hear from the Left.

The same is true for Roe V Wade, and other decisions.

The Left’s use of “Democracy” is part of their appeal to an ignorant base. If they - the Left - wants something - whether there is a national popular majority for it or not - then if they can get regulatory or judicial dicators to dictate it over the heads of everyone else, that to the left is “Democracy”.

RE:”Should Democrats gain unified control of government in 2021, they ought to consider this more complete story of court-packing. Before contemplating such unprecedented action, Democrats should offer Republicans a truce in the decades-long judicial wars: the illegitimate Neil Gorsuch resigns, and both parties support a constitutional amendment eliminating lifetime tenure on the Supreme Court, capping service at 18 years.....
That’s why, if the offer falls flat, Democrats should move to implement exactly the sort of narrow court-packing plan that Roosevelt refused to accept. While unprecedented, court packing would be a clearly constitutional move by an elected majority. After all, previous presidents and Congresses have changed the size of the court.”

Great idea!

I am sure the court will love company.

Maybe Trump should rescind this latest appointment and appoint Merrick Garland to appease these libs.
