I generally thought that today, “liberals” were for attaching labels to people with super glue. Suppose his advocacy in the Foster case was a big mistake. Don’t panic. It fooled a lot of people.
Re Foster, I would presume he was operating on deep state “facts” he was given.
Possibly just being a compliant mouthpiece. He’d have to believe everyone who saw a grey car believed it brown. What was the lighting on those occasions?

Sorry, but I can't buy into the theory that he was the mastermind behind a cover-up of Vince Foster's death. Maybe he was a useful tool. But people much higher up the food chain then he (at the time) called the shots.
