That really is not even much a stretch, he already has two, and there has been rumors that Clarence Thomas might resign for a couple years now, in fact he was only slightly below Kennedy on the betting sites. Thomas is not all that old by Supreme Court standards, but he has stated to friends that he would like to enjoy a long retirement and has no plans to stay until he's too old to enjoy life. Rumors have also floated around Stephen Breyer as well, he's getting up in years and has mentioned retirement a couple times. Then of course Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 85, frail, and might get "retired" to the afterlife any day now. Even Sonya Sotomeyer has had sever complications from diabetes and recently broke her should when she passed out and fell.
