It seems like everyone who thinks they have a reason to sue Trump waited forever to do it.

If so, then the lawsuit should be tossed for impersonating a federal agent. In this case a Secret Service Agent.
A ‘personal driver’ for the President, doesn’t exist. There are limo driver’s assigned to the Presidents Protective Detail, but no personal ones.
IF he worked 24 hours a day-—365 days a year, he would have been paid $8.67 an hour.
Due to the type of job it is, a flat salary is appropriate. He could have quit if he didn’t want the job.
There are many jobs in the USA that are NOT HOURLY + Overtime.
I would have gladly driven Trump for that salary. GLADLY.
