>>A New Yorker who had been President Donald Trump’s personal driver for 20 years claims in court that the “purported” billionaire stiffed him on overtime.<<

Lookup the legal concept of “laches.”

Also “perjury.”

It seems like everyone who thinks they have a reason to sue Trump waited forever to do it.

Does it say in the lawsuit, President Donal Trump’s personal driver?

If so, then the lawsuit should be tossed for impersonating a federal agent. In this case a Secret Service Agent.

A ‘personal driver’ for the President, doesn’t exist. There are limo driver’s assigned to the Presidents Protective Detail, but no personal ones.

IF he worked 24 hours a day-—365 days a year, he would have been paid $8.67 an hour.

Due to the type of job it is, a flat salary is appropriate. He could have quit if he didn’t want the job.

There are many jobs in the USA that are NOT HOURLY + Overtime.

I would have gladly driven Trump for that salary. GLADLY.
