One major constitutional problem with the decisions of pro-LGBT activist justices is that such justices wrongly establish so-called LGBT rights outside the framework of the Constitution imo.
In fact, by promoting non-constitutionally enumerated, politically correct LGBT rights from the bench, such justices have arguably violated the Founding States' prohibition of federal government establishment of protected / privileged classes.
"Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no person holding any office or profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state."
That being said, an even bigger constitutional problem with politically correct LGBT rights is this imo. Although Congress has the constitutional authority to impeach and remove activist justices from the bench, the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress just sat on its hands and let the Supreme Court get away with these scandals.
So patriots will hopefully give President Trump as much of a new state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting Congress as it can in the 2018 midterm elections.

It DOES “suck” (or stink) to be them, and here’s where ultimately a skilled and blessed Christendom with skin thick enough to shed the filth and heart caring enough to make gospel look good, could find a door. This once was a place where the left could have helped, when it knew gospel, way once upon a time. When it was more like classical liberalism. But over decades it became compromised into godlessness and now they are shrill nags who do not fear God, but only their out of context twisting of human needs. The great, wonderful Christian ideal of calling wretches out of the sewer never was intended to pronounce them instant kings while still covered with filth.

When the 97% of the country is being forced to BOHICA for the queer 3% of the country, I would prefer the term “eradication” be exercised.
Well, it is. And people caught up in it, and today there are perhaps more soft core cases by proportion because of the ease of social acceptance (formerly only the hard core cases would dare to carry on), are imbibing a thrill that comes under false pretenses. Should we pity, feel sorry for, extend every legitimate mercy to, people in this condition who have the slightest notion yet that there is something wrong with this? Why of course. But their hearts have become heavily eclipsed (to borrow another figure from modern culture) and it takes a lot of light to make a small impression. I really do believe that God can raise up a Christian movement to address this, and this is the hill to die on. And I don’t care about what composition teachers say about heavily mixed metaphors. If God can do it in the bible, so can I.

It’s the grace of God that is excellent, but it takes a lot of maneuvering around Satan sometimes to see it realized.
I try to do that, obviously not anywhere close to equal to what God can do, but possessing at least a small bit of the grace of God. I know what it is like to be backed into a corner and to take solace in evils because goodness seemed impossibly far. People can come proposing to do horrible things to you when you are in such a position, and you’ll accept them because it’s the only seemingly favorable attention you are getting, when meanwhile a horrible trick is being played on you.
