In recent days, there has been a strong media push for Raymond Kethledge to be Trumps choice to replace retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Judge Kethledge is currently a Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He was nominated by George W. Bush in 2007 and confirmed a year later.
The Sixth Circuit has a reputation for not only being too liberal, but being so liberal that they are reversed more often than any other court. According to Mark Walsh of ABA Journal:
Conservatives decry the 9th Circuits perceived liberal bent. As candidates for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination, Newt Gingrich practically recommended abolishing the circuit, while Rick Santorum suggested that its judges be banished to Guam.
But more recently, another federal circuit has reigned as the most reversed. The 6th Circuit, based in Cincinnati, has had a particularly dismal record before the high court. In the seven Supreme Court terms completed since the fall of 2005, the 6th Circuit has been reversed 31 out of 38 times, for an 81.6 percent reversal rate, based on figures compiled by two Philadelphia lawyers. That leads all the federal circuits for that time period, with the 9th Circuit coming in as the second most reversed100 out of 128 cases, or 78.1 percent.

Our friends the people we elected are either RINOs or so passive and compromising that they can get along really well at elite cocktail parties and laugh at George Wills jokes with him, while Wolf Blitzer and Jake Tapper go into hysterics. Politician swamp elites for in for the long term. Sick.

Democrat Long Shot Plan to stop Trump Nominee
A good read.
"Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, the highest-ranking Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, has said that "the effect of this Supreme Court nomination on women's rights can't be understated." In Twitter posts and essays, Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) has echoed those concerns.
Liberalism anchored on it's most treasured sacrament "the ability to kill your baby in the womb", will be seen as their biggest loss to the RAT party since R v W in 1973. In order to whip up hysteria in the sheeple population of America they need to keep the media concentrated on falsehood that in a case of SCOTUS knocking down R v W will
NOT outlaw abortions. All that happens is the decision to allow killing of babies goes back to the states. The RAT party just cannot have you know the FACTS, which to them is like a silver bullet to the heart of a werewolf.
56,662,169 Abortions in America Since Roe vs. Wade in 1973
The left simply cannot abide this destruction of the most sacred tenant of their religion.

Let me know when a Democrat POTUS in the White House and a Majority in the House and Senate talk of compromise.
I’ll be out riding my Unicorn.

Compromise? Why in hell would you do that? You no backbone douchebags.
In control of the WH and both chambers of Congress - yes they are indeed worthless as a political party. I want Jim Jordon as speaker but I see the knives are already out (IMHO from both current parties).

Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won.
These were the infamous words President Barack Obama used to scold congressional Republicans just three days after his inauguration in 2009, foreshadowing how he would approach policymaking for the next eight years.

If POTUS Trump said the same things that Obama said, he would have been Impeached on his first day in office.
My favorite Obama line, if they bring a Knife, we bring a Gun...
Just imagine Candidate Donald Trump saying that to his Supporters at a Campaign Rally.
