Hardiman married Lori Hardiman (née Zappala), an attorney and real estate professional, in 1992.[34] The Zappala family, which includes Stephen Zappala and Stephen Zappala Sr., are prominent Democrats.[34][5] Hardiman is the father of three children.[35]

Hardiman is unabashedly pro-2A, which is a good sign that he’s an Originalist on most all issues. That the DC Compost hates him for this is confirmation that he’s a great choice.
